About the Role

As a Service Dispatcher, you are the backbone of our daily operations. You will coordinate job assignments, manage technician schedules, and ensure efficient communication between customers and our plumbing team. Your ability to prioritize tasks, think strategically, and maintain smooth workflows will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Optimize Scheduling & Dispatching: Ensure daily revenue and sold-hour goals are met by prioritizing urgent and high-value service calls.
✔️ Seamless Communication: Provide technicians with clear, accurate job details to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
✔️ Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, keep them updated on job progress, and ensure satisfaction.
✔️ Operational Efficiency: Manage and adjust technician schedules dynamically to maximize productivity.
✔️ Job Documentation: Accurately log service call details and prepare concise reports for senior management.
✔️ Support Business Growth: Coordinate installation schedules, assist in sales training, and contribute to the company's financial success.
✔️ Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain the company’s strong reputation.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

✅ Proven track record of excellent customer service.
✅ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
✅ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Proficiency with technology, including dispatch software and phone systems.
✅ Team player with a strong sense of accountability and problem-solving skills.
✅ High level of integrity and professionalism.
✅ Must be able to work on-site at our Orange County office.

Preferred:

➕ 3-5 years of experience in dispatching and/or call center operations.
➕ Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software.
➕ Background in commercial or home services, particularly plumbing or HVAC.
➕ Familiarity with sales and service processes in the industry.
